Vodka Tomato Sauce for Pasta

A delicious pasta sauce made with tomato puree, vodka, and cream.

  • Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat and sauté the garlic.
  • Add the Italian seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the vodka and tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the cream and Parmesan cheese and cook for 2 more minutes.
