3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon guajillo chili flake
2 cups tomato purée
1 cup vodka
1 cup sour cream
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 bunch basil, fresh
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat and sauté the garlic.
Add the Italian seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
Add the vodka and tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cream and Parmesan cheese and cook for 2 more minutes.
