Mushroom Sauce

A delicious sauce to accompany any dish. The mushroom sauce pairs very well with chicken, meat, and even pasta.

  • 1 green onion
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 grams whipping cream
  • 1 can button mushrooms
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil, necessary amount

  • In a medium skillet over medium heat, add a little oil, the finely chopped onions, and garlic, and sauté.
  • Add the cream, drained mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook over low heat until the mushrooms are tender
