It is a simple recipe that is liked by adults and especially children since everything is finely chopped and can be served alone or with accompaniments.
Wash the rice very well and set aside. Chop the chicken, pork chops, and steak into small cubes. Finely chop all the vegetables, such as bell pepper, onion, etc.
In a skillet, sauté all the seasonings along with the chopped meats, adding cumin and seasoning.
In a large pot or cauldron, cook 3 cups of rice with 5 and a half cups of water and salt. When it starts to boil, add all the sautéed ingredients and the drained corn, stir a bit, and let it cook on medium heat. When it starts to dry, reduce to low heat and cover. Check until the rice is tender.
To serve, garnish with chopped cilantro; it can be accompanied by French fries or bread slices.
