2 zucchinis, well tender and diced
1 white onion , finely chopped
2 leaves bay
3 cloves
7 grains black pepper
3 tomatillos, long, bright red, sliced into half-moons
1 clove garlic

Sauté the garlic until golden in a hot skillet.
Then add the onion until softened, add the tomato and chopped zucchini along with the seasonings.
Cook for 15 to 25 minutes on low heat, add salt to taste, and serve hot.
