1 kilo new potatoes
4 teaspoons butter
1 teaspoon olive oil, or vegetable
1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 onion, cut into julienne

Wash the baby potatoes very well
In the baking dish you will use, place the potatoes and season them with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the butter in such a way that it covers the potatoes when it melts.
Bake until they are soft inside.
Once they are done, sprinkle the cilantro evenly.
To give it a crunchy flavor, cut an onion into very fine julienne and fry until crispy.
Spread the onion evenly over the potatoes.
