Okra is a very rich and healthy vegetable also known as Turkish pepper and gumbo. This baked breaded okra recipe is very tasty and healthy because it is not fried.

500 grams okra
1 1/2 cups cornstarch , (cornstarch)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cups light milk
1 egg
spray oil

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius.
Mix the cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a deep bowl.
In another bowl, mix the egg and milk and beat.
Add the okra to the egg and milk mixture and let it marinate for 3-5 minutes.
Now place the okra in the cornstarch mixture and coat it. Then place it on a baking sheet previously greased with cooking spray.
Bake for 40 minutes and serve.
