Baked Ham and Broccoli Casserole

  • 3 cups broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cups water
  • salt
  • 1 cup turkey ham Fud® care-t +
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 3/4 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cups breadcrumbs

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, place the broccoli with water and a little salt, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 5 minutes or until cooked. Let cool and set aside.
  • On a cutting board, chop the Virginia FUD® Cuida-t+ turkey ham into small cubes. Mix with broccoli, garlic, nutmeg, yogurt, sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour into a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 15 minutes and serve hot.
