1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
1/2 tablespoons black pepper, freshly ground
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Wash and peel the squash. Cut them into very thin slices. Place them in a baking dish that can go in the oven, alternating the colors.
Pour a little olive oil over all the squash; you can use a spoon to avoid pouring too much oil.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over all the squash. Bake for 30 minutes.
