1 tablespoon lard
1 tablespoon green chile , seedless chopped
2 eggs , hard boiled chopped

Fry the beans and green chili in the lard until dry and form a paste.
Shape bean balls and stuff them with the egg.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and heat the balls just before serving.
