Boil the beans with 2 1/2 liters of water, wait until they are tender and salt (no garlic, no onion).
When the beans are tender, add the chicharrón and let it simmer on very low heat.
Fry the bacon in cubes with the onion and jalapeño
(if you don't want it too spicy, make a cut in the pepper so only the flavor comes out and you won't have to eat it).
Add the diced tomato and fry, then transfer this sauté to the pot of beans with chicharrón along with the puree and cilantro.
Finally, gradually add the beer, depending on how strong you want the beer flavor. Cover and let boil for 3 minutes.
