2 tomatoes, large, roasted and peeled, cut into cubes
1/4 kilos pork, cut into cubes
6 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin powder

Cook the beans with the oil and onion. Once cooked, add salt to season and let boil for 10 minutes. Blend 1/4 of the beans in the blender, set aside.
In a clay pot (preferably), heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the chorizo until browned, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add the tomato, the chili, and finally the carnitas. Let season for 15 minutes over medium heat and add the whole beans.
Sauté the blended beans with a bit of oil, cumin, and cilantro. Let boil for 10 minutes and add this preparation to the previous one.
Mix well and serve hot.
