1 cup roquefort cheese
1/2 cups Extra Special® brie cheese
2 tablespoons chives
1 pinch pepper
3 pears
6 slices prosciutto
1 cup arugula
1 jar Extra Special® mango and dill dressing

In a bowl, add the Roquefort cheese, add the Brie cheese, add the chives, and season with pepper. Refrigerate and set aside.
Cut the pears into quarters, scoop out a bit from the center, and add the cheese mixture you set aside.
Garnish with prosciutto and arugula.
Serve with Extra Special® mango dill vinaigrette.
