6 cups broccoli, without the stems
1 cup red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoons black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and red pepper; cook for 30 seconds.
Add the broccoli and red pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 to 6 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and black pepper.
