Take a little tree of broccoli and place a piece of cheese among its branches.
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Continue whipping and add the yolks, salt, and pepper to taste.
Dip the broccoli with the cheese in the egg foam and fry the broccoli in oil until the egg is cooked.
Repeat with the remaining little trees.
On the other hand, blend the tomatoes with the garlic and onion, adding salt to taste.
In a saucepan, put a little oil and add the tomato sauce. After a while, add the broth with cloves and onion slices.
When it starts to boil, add the battered broccoli.
