6 cups baguette, in cubes, from the day before and browned in the oven
2 onions, finely chopped
4 sprigs celery, finely chopped
3 tablespoons sage, fresh and finely chopped
2 tablespoons thyme, fresh and finely chopped
1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
1 stick unsalted butter
1 kilo chestnut, peeled and chopped (2 cups)
1/2 cups parsley , chopped

In the butter, sauté the onion and celery. Add the herbs, let the vegetables become tender
Add the chestnuts and cook for 3 minutes. Stir with the bread and parsley
Season with salt and pepper
