  • 250 grams chickpeas legumes La Asturiana®
  • 1/4 onions
  • 4 tomatillos
  • 1 Poblano chile
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 cups water

  • In a pot, boil the chickpeas with water until they are soft enough to peel.
  • In a comal, roast the poblano pepper. Place it in a plastic bag to later remove the skin.
  • In a skillet, sauté the tomatillos, garlic, and onion.
  • Blend the poblano peppers, tomatillos, garlic, and onion, then place the mixture in a skillet and season it.
  • Add the chickpeas and zucchini, let it cook for 5 minutes, and serve.
