250 grams chickpeas legumes La Asturiana®
1/4 onions
4 tomatillos
1 Poblano chile
1 clove garlic
2 zucchinis
2 cups water

In a pot, boil the chickpeas with water until they are soft enough to peel.
In a comal, roast the poblano pepper. Place it in a plastic bag to later remove the skin.
In a skillet, sauté the tomatillos, garlic, and onion.
Blend the poblano peppers, tomatillos, garlic, and onion, then place the mixture in a skillet and season it.
Add the chickpeas and zucchini, let it cook for 5 minutes, and serve.
