1/2 cups fresh cilantro, only the leaves
1/2 cups spinach
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
2 1/2 cups water

Preparation

Fry the rice lightly until it turns golden.
Blend the water, cilantro, spinach, garlic, and chicken bouillon powder.
Incorporate the mixture into the rice and wait for it to boil over medium heat.
Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat, cover it, and cook for approximately 25-30 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before gently stirring it.
