These delicious crab bites are something special for your guests! The mixture contains Greek yogurt, which is very trendy these days. It is thicker than traditional yogurt and contains more protein. If you can't find it at your supermarket,
1 package Philadelphia® cream cheese, (3 oz / 85 g) softened to room temperature
1 box Greek yogurt, fat-free natural Yoplait®
1/4 cups basil, fresh, chopped
2 tablespoons green onion, (green onions) finely chopped
1 teaspoon lime peels, grated
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/8 teaspoons ground red pepper, (cayenne)
1 cup surimi, frozen imitation crab meat, thawed, chopped salad-style
2 red bell peppers, large
fresh basil leaves, fresh chopped, optional

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on low speed until creamy. Add the yogurt until well blended. Stir in 1/4 cup of chopped basil, the green onions, lemon zest and juice, ground red pepper, and crab meat.
Cut each pepper into 15 squares (1¼ inches or 3 cm). Place a heaping teaspoon of crab mixture on each pepper square. Garnish with basil leaves.
