Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

These large mushrooms are filled with bacon, cream cheese, milk, onion, and ham. Very tasty.

32 button mushrooms, large
3 slices bacon
1/2 sticks cream cheese
1/4 onions, finely chopped
1 stick unsalted butter
1 slice deli ham, thick, diced
garlic
1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated

Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and scrape a little.
Place in a previously greased baking dish with butter.
In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon, onion, and garlic powder in the butter.
Add the ham and finely chopped stems along with the cream cheese.
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and sprinkle with grated manchego cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
