Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

These large mushrooms are filled with bacon, cream cheese, milk, onion, and ham. Very tasty.

  • 32 button mushrooms, large
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/2 sticks cream cheese
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 slice deli ham, thick, diced
  • garlic
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated

  • Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and scrape a little.
  • Place in a previously greased baking dish with butter.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon, onion, and garlic powder in the butter.
  • Add the ham and finely chopped stems along with the cream cheese.
  • Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and sprinkle with grated manchego cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
