Preheat the oven to 180ºC and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick cooking mat.
Place tablespoons of parmesan cheese with 2 centimeters of space between each on the baking sheet.
Bake the cheese for 7 minutes or until the edges start to color. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
