Slice the potatoes and place a layer in the baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add the bacon with the ham, cream, parsley, and cheese. Repeat the process until finished, ending with a layer of Manchego cheese. Cover the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot and accompany with a salad.
