2 cups tomato purée
1/4 onions
2 guajillo chiles, seedless
5 cups water
queso fresco, grated
sour cream
1 avocado, in slices

Fry the noodles in oil until golden brown.
Finely chop the onion and the chile into small pieces. Add these ingredients to the pan with the noodles along with the tomato puree.
Add the water and wait for it to boil, cover the pan to let the water evaporate.
Stir occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking, serve with fresh cheese, cream, and avocado slices.
