1 green bell pepper, in thick strips
1 pumpkin, in thick strips
8 button mushrooms, in halves
1/2 onions, in large squares
2 carrots, in thick strips
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup beer
vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix the flour with the cornstarch, the egg yolk, garlic salt, and pepper; stir until all ingredients are combined.
Gradually add the beer while continuing to mix, to avoid lumps.
Coat the sliced vegetables with the previously prepared mixture and fry in hot oil. Drain the vegetables on a paper towel on a tray.
Serve on a plate and accompany with chipotle dressing.
