5 ounces potato , peeled and diced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 red onion , finely chopped
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
14 ounces canned chickpea, drained
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
salt , and ground black pepper

Boil water with a pinch of salt.
Place the potatoes and cook until softened.
Place 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and garlic.
Fry until they are translucent.
Drain the potatoes, add the onion and garlic mixture.
Mash until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Form small patties with clean hands and shape them.
Add the remaining oil to the pan and cook over low heat until crispy and golden brown on the outside.
Flip to brown on both sides.
Serve with FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt or hot sauce.
