French Fries with Garlic

This delicious recipe gives a special touch to ordinary French fries thanks to the garlic and parsley; we could almost say they are light.

  • 3 potatoes, large
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  • In a small skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic for 2 minutes. Remove the garlic from the oil.
  • Cut the potatoes into strips, in a deep bowl mix the potatoes with the oil and salt.
  • On a greased baking sheet (you can use cooking spray), place the potatoes and bake for 35 minutes or until golden and crispy.
