Fresh Fava Beans with Cilantro

  • 4 teaspoons margarine with salt I can't believe it's not Butter®
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  • 400 grams fava beans, fresh, clean, and cooked
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • Heat a non-stick skillet and melt the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter® Margarine, sauté the onion, and once it's soft, add the previously cooked fava beans.
  • Add Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth and cook on high heat, stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add the cilantro. Mix and serve.
