Ginger Green Beans

  • 400 grams green beans, fresh
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 ginger, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons raw sugar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • Wash the green beans. Cut the ends. Cut in half. Pour the green beans into a pot with water. Heat for 5 minutes to steam them slightly.
  • Drain the pot with the green beans in a colander and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • In a pan, place the olive oil, ginger root, and chopped garlic and sauté them at a heat level that prevents burning.
  • Add the green beans and sauté for 5 minutes until heated through.
  • Meanwhile, in another bowl, pour water, add cornstarch with soy sauce, melted butter, and garlic salt. Mix well.
  • Add the mixture to the pan and stir together with the green beans. Wait until the mixture thickens.
  • Serve in a bowl. And serve immediately.
