400 grams green beans, fresh
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 ginger, chopped
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy
2 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons raw sugar
2 teaspoons olive oil

Wash the green beans. Cut the ends. Cut in half. Pour the green beans into a pot with water. Heat for 5 minutes to steam them slightly.
Drain the pot with the green beans in a colander and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
In a pan, place the olive oil, ginger root, and chopped garlic and sauté them at a heat level that prevents burning.
Add the green beans and sauté for 5 minutes until heated through.
Meanwhile, in another bowl, pour water, add cornstarch with soy sauce, melted butter, and garlic salt. Mix well.
Add the mixture to the pan and stir together with the green beans. Wait until the mixture thickens.
Serve in a bowl. And serve immediately.
