Gratinated Rajas with Cream

The classic strips with cream can be served as a main dish or as a side. Prepare some delicious rajas with cream tacos.

  • 5 Poblano chiles, peeled and deveined
  • 190 cream cheese
  • 50 sour cream
  • 1 cup canned corn kernels
  • 1/2 onions, fileted
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 2 butter
  • salt

  • Cut the poblano pepper into thin strips.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion. Add the strips and the corn. Season.
  • Blend the cream and the cream cheese.
  • Mix everything and place it in an oven-safe dish or skillet. Cover with manchego cheese and broil in the oven. Serve immediately.
