5 Poblano chiles, peeled and deveined
190 cream cheese
50 sour cream
1 cup canned corn kernels
1/2 onions, fileted
1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
2 butter

Cut the poblano pepper into thin strips.
In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion. Add the strips and the corn. Season.
Blend the cream and the cream cheese.
Mix everything and place it in an oven-safe dish or skillet. Cover with manchego cheese and broil in the oven. Serve immediately.
