1/4 cauliflowers
1/2 broccoli
2 carrots
1/4 cups cow's milk
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cups Manchego cheese
salt , and pepper to taste

Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets.
Peel the carrots and chop them.
Place all the vegetables in a small baking dish with a lid and pour the milk.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the butter into small cubes and distribute over the vegetables.
Cook covered for 9 minutes on high heat.
Remove from the oven and place the cheese on top.
Cook uncovered on medium heat for 1 more minute or until the cheese is melted.
