Delicious collection of gratinated vegetables, ready for a healthy appetizer.

  • 1/4 cauliflowers
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets.
  • Peel the carrots and chop them.
  • Place all the vegetables in a small baking dish with a lid and pour the milk.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the butter into small cubes and distribute over the vegetables.
  • Cook covered for 9 minutes on high heat.
  • Remove from the oven and place the cheese on top.
  • Cook uncovered on medium heat for 1 more minute or until the cheese is melted.
