1 cup white rice
2 cloves garlic, for the sauce
1/4 onions, for the sauce
1 cup Poblano chile, in strips
1 cup tomatillo
1 bunch fresh cilantro, cleaned and disinfected
1/3 cups corn kernels, yellow
1/3 cups peas
Poblano chile strips, for garnish

Wash the rice carefully so as not to break the grain and remove the excess starch.
Sauté the rice with a little oil until it is slightly golden.
Blend the poblano pepper, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, tomatillo, serrano pepper, and cilantro, and season with vegetable broth.
Add the poblano pepper mixture to the rice by passing it through a strainer, add the yellow corn kernels, and peas.
Cook until it comes to a boil, cover, and reduce the heat to the minimum, cooking for about 25 minutes.
Garnish with poblano strips and enjoy.
