Grilled Vegetable Skewers with Lemon

Delicious vegetarian skewers that are very easy to prepare. They are the ideal meal for everyday or you can make them for a special event.

  • 8 button mushrooms, cut in half
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 2 pumpkins, Italian, sliced
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 lemon, cut into quarters

  • Mix the vegetables and season with Knorr® Suiza Granulated Chicken Broth, pepper, and oregano
  • Assemble the skewers by alternating the vegetables
  • Seal the skewers in a very hot pan with oil.
  • Place 1/4 lemon at the end of each skewer and serve.
