8 button mushrooms, cut in half
2 green bell peppers, cut into cubes
2 yellow bell peppers, cut into cubes
2 pumpkins, Italian, sliced
4 green onions
1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoons black pepper
1/8 teaspoons oregano
1 lemon, cut into quarters

Mix the vegetables and season with Knorr® Suiza Granulated Chicken Broth, pepper, and oregano
Assemble the skewers by alternating the vegetables
Seal the skewers in a very hot pan with oil.
Place 1/4 lemon at the end of each skewer and serve.
