2 cups carrot, baby
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
2 garlic, chopped
salt

Place all the ingredients in a baking dish and mix until combined, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve as a side dish with lemon salmon.
