2 cups nopal, cut into thin strips
1/2 cups hibiscus flower, rehydrated and chopped
1 tablespoon chipotle chile, in puree
60 grams onion, cut into thin strips
1 tomato, cut into fine strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 grams salt

Heat a large griddle or medium skillet until ready.
Distribute the olive oil evenly over the pan to prevent the ingredients from sticking.
Sauté the julienned nopal with salt until completely dry and without slime. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
Add the julienned onion until it changes color.
Add the tomato until it dries out a bit.
Add the hibiscus and season with chipotle pepper and salt.
Let it cook on very low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning for a few minutes.
Serve accompanied by tostadas or tortilla chips.
