Homemade Chinese Rice

A delicious oriental rice that your family will love. Chinese rice is made with rice, egg, chicken, and vegetables, and is a complete meal.

  • 6 cups sushi rice
  • 300 grams chicken breast
  • 3 carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 zucchinis, finely chopped
  • 2 cups soybean sprouts
  • 3 eggs
  • vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce

  • Chop the chicken finely and mix with soy sauce.
  • Beat the eggs and cook them in a hot pan with a little oil, chop them, and set aside.
  • Fry the onion in 3 tablespoons of oil for 10 minutes, add the chicken, and fry for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm.
  • In the same pan, add oil and fry the remaining vegetables, and when they are ready, remove from heat.
  • Heat a large pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, add the rice, and stir for one minute. Season with salt and stir for 2 more minutes.
  • Add the onion, chicken, egg, and vegetables and mix gently. Serve with soy sauce on the side.
