  • 355 milliliters balsamic vinegar
  • 5 grams lime zest
  • 10 grams parsley, finely chopped
  • 50 grams butter
  • 5 grams salt
  • 5 grams pepper

  • Blanch the asparagus in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer them to cold water. Drain the water and the asparagus, place them in a resealable bag, and add the balsamic vinegar. Let marinate overnight.
  • Drain the balsamic vinegar marinade and heat the grill.
  • Mix the butter with lemon zest, pepper, and salt. Brush the asparagus.
