  • 1/2 kilos potato , in slices
  • 4 onions, slices
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, washed and chopped
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt , as needed
  • pepper, as needed

  • The potatoes are sliced raw into not too thick rounds.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet preferably.
  • Next, add the potatoes, onion, season with salt and pepper, and cover.
  • Halfway through cooking, add the chili and cilantro, check the seasoning, cover again, and check until they feel soft.
