1 bunch fresh cilantro, washed and chopped
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt , as needed

The potatoes are sliced raw into not too thick rounds.
Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet preferably.
Next, add the potatoes, onion, season with salt and pepper, and cover.
Halfway through cooking, add the chili and cilantro, check the seasoning, cover again, and check until they feel soft.
