2 cups cauliflower, cut into small pieces
1 cup cream cheese
1/3 cups butter
1 tablespoon oregano

In a pot with boiling water, add salt and cauliflower, cook until soft. Drain and cool.
Place the cauliflower, cream cheese, butter, salt, and pepper in the processor. Process until you obtain a very smooth puree.
Cook the puree in a pan over medium heat to thicken, adjust seasoning, and serve with chopped chives.
