Keto Cauliflower Puree

  • 2 cups cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/3 cups butter
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • chives

  • In a pot with boiling water, add salt and cauliflower, cook until soft. Drain and cool.
  • Place the cauliflower, cream cheese, butter, salt, and pepper in the processor. Process until you obtain a very smooth puree.
  • Cook the puree in a pan over medium heat to thicken, adjust seasoning, and serve with chopped chives.
