Lentils in Pressure Cooker

These lentils in the pressure cooker turn out delicious and are made very quickly. You can serve them as a side dish to accompany any meal.

  • 1/2 kilos lentils
  • 1 carrot, in cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • salt and pepper

  • Rinse the lentils and add them to the pressure cooker. Cover with water until they are submerged, never exceeding 3/4 of the pot.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and cover for 10 to 15 minutes in the pressure cooker and serve.
