Mashed Potatoes with Cauliflower

Give your favorite mashed potatoes a true 180-degree twist and add a surprise of flavor. In addition to having a delicious side dish, you'll be adding another vegetable for your kids to enjoy.

  • 6 teaspoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine
  • 4 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 4 cups cauliflower, cooked

  • In a pot, place the potatoes and cover them with cold water. Place over heat and cook the potatoes.
  • Peel the potatoes and mash them together with the cooked cauliflower.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt Margarina Primavera Chatnillly® Unsalted over medium heat and add the mashed potatoes. Mix well and gradually add the milk. Stir well and season with Knorr® Suiza chicken broth until everything is well combined.
