1 1/2 cups rice, long grain, washed and soaked in hot water for 10 min.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 Roma tomatoes, cut into quarters
1/4 white onions
1 clove garlic
2 1/2 cups water
1 cube Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
1/2 cups carrot, cooked and diced
1/2 cups peas, cooked

Drain the rice and remove as much water as possible.
Heat the oil in a pot and fry the rice, stirring constantly until it is lightly browned.
Meanwhile, blend the tomato, onion, garlic, and water. Strain and pour into the pot with the rice.
Let cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until the tomato is seasoned.
Pour in the water and the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth cube, cook on high heat until it comes to a boil.
Lower the heat, cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
After that time, add the vegetables and mix carefully.
Cover the pot again and cook for 15 more minutes or until the water has completely evaporated.
Separate the grains with a fork and let rest off the heat with the pot covered for 10 minutes, serve.
