  • 1 Knorr® red rice with tomato
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon mole sauce, Oaxaqueño in paste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • In a pot over high heat, pour in the water, dissolve the mole, add the oil and the contents of the Knorr® Red Rice with Tomato packet, mix well and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat and cover. Cook for 10 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
  • Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
