Oriental rolls filled with noodles, mango, and other surprises. They are simple and delicious; you can serve them as appetizers or they are also perfect for snacking.
Start by making the accompanying sauce for the rolls by mixing the first 5 ingredients in a deep bowl.
Take another deep bowl and fill it with hot water.
Use hot water to prepare the rice sheets. Soak one sheet in the water for about 2 minutes and place it on a surface to fill.
For each roll, place 1 basil leaf, 2 mint leaves, half a stick of surimi, 1 strip of cream cheese, 2 strips of mango, and 2 strips of cucumber. Roll the wrap by closing both sides and folding the leaves inward.
Once one roll is ready, transfer it to the serving platter and continue until all the rice sheets are used.
Cover the rolls with a damp towel and plastic wrap to keep them moist.
