Oven-Baked French Fries

This recipe is very tasty as it resembles the original recipe, only baked instead of fried.

  • 4 potatoes, large cut into pieces
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  • On a baking tray, place the potato strips and coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika.
  • Bake the potatoes for 35 minutes, then flip them with a spatula and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and serve. The potatoes should be slightly crispy on the outside.
