Preheat the oven to 350º F.
Place the tomatoes in a pot of boiling water for one minute to make them easier to peel, then cut them in half.
I place them on a baking sheet and sprinkle the chopped onion and garlic over them.
I add olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Finally, a small piece of garlic.
Put them in the hot oven to brown.
Serve immediately garnished with a basil leaf.
