This delicious Parmesan mashed potato is a great side dish for a peppercorn steak.

750 grams potato, peeled
4 tablespoons butter
1/3 cups sour cream
1/3 cups Parmesan cheese
white peppers
1 pinch nutmeg

Peel the potatoes and boil them in water with a little sea salt.
Once cooked, place them in a food processor until it reaches a uniform texture.
Add the butter, cream, Parmesan cheese, white pepper, salt, and nutmeg to the food processor.
Mix well until it has a mashed consistency.
