Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

This delicious Parmesan mashed potato is a great side dish for a peppercorn steak.

  • 750 grams potato, peeled
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cups sour cream
  • 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese
  • white peppers
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

  • Peel the potatoes and boil them in water with a little sea salt.
  • Once cooked, place them in a food processor until it reaches a uniform texture.
  • Add the butter, cream, Parmesan cheese, white pepper, salt, and nutmeg to the food processor.
  • Mix well until it has a mashed consistency.
