Parmesan Rice

This rice recipe pairs very well with meat or chicken. The parmesan cheese adds a very tasty and original touch to the rice.

1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cups water
1 pinch salt
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1 pinch pepper

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth and water to a boil.
Add the rice and continue cooking until it boils.
Cover the pot, reduce to low heat, and cook until the rice is cooked and has absorbed all the water.
Add the parmesan cheese and pepper and stir a little with a fork (without beating the rice).
Let the cheese melt for at least 5 minutes before serving.
