1 kilo new potatoes
1/2 tablespoons salt
1/4 cups olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons parsley
100 milliliters lime juice
1/4 cups water

Boil and peel the potatoes.
Heat oil in a skillet.
Fry the potatoes until golden brown.
Drain and keep warm.
In a separate bowl, mix garlic, parsley, lemon juice, oil, and water.
Gently heat in a small skillet and pour over the fried potatoes.
