Parsley Potatoes

Delicious parsley potatoes snack, you can also use them as a side dish. I love these parsley potatoes because they are very tasty and the parsley gives them an unforgettable flavor.

  • 1 kilo new potatoes
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 100 milliliters lime juice
  • 1/4 cups water

  • Boil and peel the potatoes.
  • Heat oil in a skillet.
  • Fry the potatoes until golden brown.
  • Drain and keep warm.
  • In a separate bowl, mix garlic, parsley, lemon juice, oil, and water.
  • Gently heat in a small skillet and pour over the fried potatoes.
