  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 leaf bay
  • 1 leaf thyme

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  • Add the washed and peeled peas.
  • The onion and other ingredients are sautéed there, and when they are golden, add a cup of water, covering them and letting them simmer on low heat until the peas are well cooked.
