Delicious side dish or accompaniment for chicken milanesa or other meats, it's easy to prepare and has a rich flavor that will complement every bite.

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 nopal
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • soy sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce

  • Cut all the vegetables into strips or slices.
  • In a hot pan over medium heat, add the onion and cook until it becomes transparent.
  • Add the sauces to taste, the nopales, and the carrot.
  • Once cooked, add the bell peppers and zucchini over low heat, cover to prevent drying out. Cook a few more minutes and serve.
