Pickled Jalapeños

These pickled jalapeños are delicious to accompany any dish or on tostadas and are very easy to prepare. Don't miss out on trying them.

  • 2 onions, slices
  • 6 carrots, slices
  • 1 kilo Jalapeño chile, cut into strips
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups cauliflower , cut into medium pieces
  • 1 jicama, cut into strips
  • 300 milliliters vinegar
  • 900 milliliters water
  • oregano

  • salt and pepper

  • Fry the onion, carrots, and chilies in a pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
  • Add the cauliflower and jicama, mix well.
  • Add the spices, garlic, vinegar, and water. Season to taste.
  • Let the entire mixture come to a boil. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
