1 kilo Jalapeño chile, cut into strips
3 cloves garlic
2 cups cauliflower , cut into medium pieces
1 jicama, cut into strips
300 milliliters vinegar
900 milliliters water

Preparation

Fry the onion, carrots, and chilies in a pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Add the cauliflower and jicama, mix well.
Add the spices, garlic, vinegar, and water. Season to taste.
Let the entire mixture come to a boil. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
